Half stars are allowed. A landlord earns Superior Host at 4.5 or higher with at least 40 reviews. A submitted review is saved and stays on the property page. It does not replace other reviews.

Renters use this to look up a landlord or a property before they sign. They read the rating, what previous tenants liked, and what was frustrating.

A house, townhouse, condo, or apartment is listed by its address. If you name a landlord, that name is shown on your review only. You can reply to a review. This is not a listing for vacancies.
